Currently, there's no documentation I can find for deploying or using Peridot in this repo.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

I'd love to see a documentation effort from the devs about how to deploy, configure, secure, etc. Peridot for people who may want to deploy an instance of it on their own clusters for in-house packaging efforts.

Have you considered alternative solutions/features? If so, please describe them.

We could use mkdocs to generate a documentation site like we do for Rocky itself as well as the Wiki.

FYI, I am working on this. It's becoming a bit comprehensive - pulling bits and pieces together to try and make some complete docs around it. Stay tuned for more later(!)
