RFE: Front end: Expose external repos in project properties

Is this feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe it.

Peridot projects often depend on "external" DNF repositories to fulfill dependencies at build time. These external repos are defined in the Peridot database, but not visible or configurable anywhere.

This is an issue, because almost every conceivable project requires this, but only those with internal database access can provide it.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

These repositories should be configurable in a project's settings, with a baseurl and a priority rating. A project manager should be able to add or remove repositories, change their priority, etc. from the project settings.

Have you considered alternative solutions/features? If so, please describe them.
