Add dark mode

Currently the website has the default white themed mode. It would be nice to have a toggle button at the very top to change the website theme to dark mode.

@devil-cyber sure. But please do pay good attention to color scheme and other stuff like that. I see a lot of people trying submit pr asap which is not very ideal. So take time no hurry but make it pretty :unicorn: . If you need any help just comment here, I will be here to help anyway possible
