Improve startup time

Investigate methods to speed up first time startup and wallpaper restore time.

Is it possible to improve startup times via setting the startup as high priority? I think Wallpaper Engine allows a high priority startup so it startups faster

Did you find the solution? The wallpaper starts 10 seconds after login. It's really annoying.
