Edit video wallpaper - resizing, stretching and flipping the wallpaper

I always found it annoying when I get a really good wallpaper but only to realize that its not the right aspect ratio or its flipped the wrong way and then id have to look for something online to flip and or resize the wallpaper, call me lazy I guess but this feature in app would be kind of nice

Describe the solution you'd like

I want a expansion of the already existing edit feature to be able to crop the size of a wallpaper as well as a feature to stretch it (though stretching might make it look ugly I guess its not that needed when you can crop it down)

Additional context Two examples of me being too lazy to edit the wallpaper myself and just 1. not using the wallpaper or 2. just dealing with it uncomfortably (I organize everything layered to the left side of my desktop)
