UI for passing in launch arguments to an application

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I need to pass in several command line arguments for a program I want to use as a background however I've only seen the option to do this via zipping the application up with a json file along side it.

Describe the solution you'd like An option included in the UI to type in any additional launch args.

Additional context This appears to be mentioned on the wiki but I didn't find an associated issue/request for it. This is mainly to track it as a request as I didn't find any other issue for this in the few searches for one I tried.
