Wallpaper wont work but blinked in main window

When applied, the wallpaper only blinked one time in main window but desktop

Steps to reproduce the behavior: no idea

lively_log_20230925_114448.zip I have the same issue - fresh install, none of the wallpapers appear to load successfully. They all work in preview mode but "Set as wallpaper" does nothing. Log attached.
