prevent docker desktop from running

Describe the bug I already had a docker desktop v4.17.0 on my windows 11 before i installed lively wallpaper from microsoft store. After installing lively wallpaper and getting it running, the docker desktop failed immediately and cannot be recovered even after i restart my computer. By the way, docker desktop came back to normal as soon as i uninstalled lively wallpaper.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install docker desktop v4.17.0 on windows 11 (wsl2 enabled)
2. Start docker desktop
3. Install and start the newest version of lively wallpaper from microsoft store
4. See error

Expected behavior The docker desktop will keep running healthily after lively wallpaper starts.

• OS: Windows 11 22H2 Workstation

For me its only crashing when wallpaper is running.
