Taskbar theme resetting

Hello. I cant figure out exactly what causes this, but under my "System settings", taskbar theme, i have chosen background. And sometimes it resets to windows default blue theme.

Sorry if i cant help that much, but maybe full screen applications have something to do? Like games or something, i am not sure
