[Feature] Delay audio on desktop focus option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be nice to have a configurable delay before audio starts playing when the desktop has focus, or more accurately the taskbar (say, clicking to view hidden system tray icons). Having audio cut in and out can be a little distracting.

Describe the solution you'd like An extra checkbox and numerical entry under audio settings to add a configurable delay, preferably in seconds with capacity for 0-5 minutes at least. (though realistically, no limit should be needed if written properly, I guess). Internally, a simple timer that is reset any time the audio would normally be paused should suffice.
