Taskbar transparency effects stop working on wake up

Bug Description Taskbar transparency effects stop working after pc wakes up from sleep

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn on Clear taskbar mode
2. Put pc into a sleep
3. Wake it up
4. Taskbar turning into a Windows accent color (in my case red)

Expected behavior I expect taskbar effects to constantly work even after restart or sleep

Desktop:

• OS: Windows 11 22000.613
• None of wallpapers were running

Additional context Problem can be temporally fixed by disabling and reenabling Clear taskbar effect in the app or reenabling transparency effects in Windows Settings

I see this behavior on my secondary screen's taskbar when I log in again after the desktop has been locked. The primary screen keeps the transparency, though.

I also have the same issue and it also happens when i go fullscreen on some apps

Similar to @madnuttah, I only get this on my secondary monitor.

Might not just be related to sleep/wakeup either though. My secondary taskbar stopped working a few times since as well. Haven't quite been able to figure out what causes it

Same issue here. But when I'm unlock PC, animate is stop on all monitors and taskbar is not clear on second monitor
