To reproduce the issue.

1. set this sample website as a wallpaper newlee.art/supersimple_web_wallpaper
2. click the button to reload the website.
3. sometimes 1 or 2 clicks sometimes 10 more, sometimes it causes the bug in a matter of seconds sometimes minutes but it will happen eventually.
