windows 11 function issues

right after updating to windows 11 i started seeing or experiencing multiple problems with custom url wallpapers and im guessing its just not compatable with windows 11 yet but if not let me know how to fix this issue

Lively is Windows 11 compatible, unless you describe the problem with logfile can't help much.
