Release 2.2.1-rc1

Release candidate 1 for ddcutil 2.2.1 is now available as branch 2.2.1-rc1.

Most changes relate to shared library libddcutil, particularly detection and reporting of display connection and disconnection.

For users of command line ddcutil the changes are minimal. Only two are of general significance:

  • parsing command line options --verify, --noverify has been fixed.
  • a segfault when an invalid VCP feature code is specified as a command argument
