The ddcui Github link in the documentation at ddcutil.com page points to https://github.com/rockowitz/ddcuui.git rather than https://github.com/rockowitz/ddcui.git

Thank you for pointing out the typo.

If you want to try using ddcui, I strongly urge you to use branch 0.2.0-dev.  The current release branch 0.1.2 is quite ancient. ddcui 0.2.0-dev in turn requires ddcutil branch 1.1.1-dev.  Baring surprises I expect both will be released later this month. Comments, particularly on ddcui (which is much less mature than ddcutil), are very welcome.
