Document how to installl and build on Fedora

The (Linux-)generic build instructions are already documented at the home page. Would it be possible to add details here which of the howto steps are failing on Fedora (and with which error message)?
This would reduce the work load on the author's side (= rockowitz).

@gaborbernat As @aryoda says, I really need to know what steps are confusing, and what error messages you're seeing.
At this point you should be using at least release 1.0.1 of ddcutil/libddcutil, preferably 1.1.0 which was released yesterday. Re ddcui itself, release 0.1.2 is very old. Use branch 0.2.0-dev, which will become release 0.2.0 later this month.
