Add .desktop file

Hi. I suggest adding a ddcui.desktop application file such as the following to the distribution. This way ddcui could be found in app menus and launchers.

Exec=/usr/bin/ddcui
Name=DDCUI Screen Settings
Comment=Set brightness etc. for your external monitor
#Icon=...
Type=Application
Categories=Settings
Terminal=false

I would have done a pull request but wasn't sure where best to put the file.
