Trouble understanding

Hey I'm having trouble getting this into arduino IDE. Are you still working on this and if so could you assist me in getting this moving forward? Thanks in advance.

Hey I got it to compile but I'm having trouble with understanding how does it shoot. What's the fire pin? I do not see it.

well its mostly just the IR transmission code only as of now. this is a project i intend to come back to after the silicone shortage gets better..
