ADD ATMEGA8/8A support

hey there as the library already contain the atmega328 support i want add atmega8 support to the library.

can i add it by add or editing some codes? how? :D

Please submit a pull request if you have them supported. I don't think I'll be adding them soon.

please add support for atmega8 ic this error showing libraries\Low-Power-master/LowPower.h:148:6: error: #error "Please ensure chosen MCU is either 88, 168, 168P, 328P, 32U4, 2560 or 256RFR2."
