Adding the command rocketpool wallet set-ens-avatar <erc721/erc1155> <contract_address> <token_id> (this is the recommended way to set an avatar using an NFT the user owns)

Also, you could use an URL with the -u flag: rocketpool w set-ens-avatar -u <URL>
