Smartnode doesn't post graffiti with Prysm
This has been going on since before the latest smartnode version, but persists on v1.6.5 too.
Basically, no graffiti is posted when Prysm proposes. This happens on my hybrid set-up using the graffiti wall add-on, but I believe it is more pervasive than that as it's observable on the rocketscan explorer for any validator that produces blank proposals (by viewing their historical proposals, you can see they run Prysm). I don't have any links for this as the latest proposals don't included any Prysm blocks due to its relative minority status.
No such dropped graffiti occurs on my solo validator on the same node - so I think this is a smartnode issue.
I believe @benv666 is aware of this - it's something about an incompatibility with the way Prysm reads in the Graffiti file that the addon generates. Ben can you comment here?
