[FR] Add support for designating storage location of wallet, password and validator files in new conf parameters format.

Can we add a setting to modify these storage locations of the wallet and validator files? He's an excerpt from my .sh script to modify them after each RP update. This is in support of the Aegis Key for the storage location.
