Protontricks error on attempting to install for Skyrim SE

When I go to install this for Skyrim SE, it stops at a certain point in the process, giving me errors about protontricks not being able to find a configured proton install, but I'm at a loss of how to fix that. I am using the flatpaks of both steam and protontricks, if that has anything to do with it, and my distro is KDE neon.

I am having the same issue and have no idea what to do about it

Same issue, installed protontricks via pipx. Confirmed I have Winetricks already installed.
