PSA: rkdeveloptool is packaged for Nix

In case this can help anyone, rkdeveloptool is packaged for Nix / NixOS (here).

This means that if you have or can get Nix running on your machine, you are a simple nix-shell -p rkdeveloptool away from using it. Nix can be used on any Linux distro and on macOS.
