Where did the MPP applied FFMPEG go?

A while before I bought my FriendlyElec NanoPi R6s (which uses RK3588S) I was browsing the Github repos and had seen an official FFMPEG version that had mpp pre-applied. Where did that go?

My use-case: Hardware accellerated audio/video encoding/decoding on an OpenWrt (FriendlyWrt) router that I also use as a mini-server.
