Which branch to build kernel ? 编译内核用哪个分支？

I got a RK312X TV box and plan to custom it. Found 4.4 and 4.19 and others in branches. From wiki is said build kernel with 4.4, is wiki outdated ? 手上有个 RK312X 的盒子，打算折腾一下。 我看分支里有 4.4 和 4.19 还有其他的。 Wiki 上写的用 4.4 的内核，我看 4.19 的也有 RK312X 的 dts，能用？ 还是用哪个好？
