Allows you to do face_recognize with localhost

They don't have it on their website that this option is possible, but posted to the forums and they responded that it was. This allows me to do the searching I wanted to do locally before I pushed it up to the server.

Generally you don't bump the version of someone else's project, you leave that for them.

It would be nice to add the :file key to face.recognize, I've done this on my local machine and it works. I don't know how Github really works, but I think that feature is key and should be added.
