jQuery-slimScroll: Mouse scroll not working in firefox when using embedded <iFrame> page

Open MC2013 opened this issue 13 years ago • 8 comments

I am new using slimScroll and would greatly appreciate any suggestion on the above problem. As soon as I insert iframe between the recommended div as shown below, mouse scrolling stops working in firefox (scrolling by dragging still works). Google Chrome browser works fine.

Example:

Thanks

(had to remove brackets for it to show)

div class="some-content-related-div" div id="inner-content-div" iframe id="Announcement" type="text/html" width="900" height="9000" frameBorder="0" style="overflow:auto; width=750 height=900" src="http://...." seamless></iframe

/div /div

Having the same issue. In my case the iframe is a disqus embed code. In Firefox, as soon as the mouse lands on the iframe, slimScrolling ceases to function. Still Google Chrome works as expected.

I am seeing this issue in Firefox 21.0 and Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7

Mousewheel scrolling of a slimScroll element does not work when it contains an iframe.

Hello, guys,

I am having the same issue too. Has anybody somehow solved the problem?

Having the same issue here, and can't find a solution in CSS or JS. Chrome works okay, while Firefox and IE show the error.
