Instructions on CI Integration

We have a business requirement that all code changes must go through a rigorous review process. After finding this project we've determined that Elon reviewing our printed code would be the best approach from an efficiency and auditing standpoint.

In order to implement this, we're requesting documentation on how to integrate our GitHub PRs to automatically print out and fax Elon the proposed changed.

Additionally, an enhancement we'd love to see in the future is the ability for Elon to fax back approval or better yet, submit requested changes.
