remove schema.graphql and schema.json files

Wanted to get your thoughts on this - during the hackathon, given my very limited experience with GraphQL, I ended up updating the schema.graphql file in addition to the schema.js and related files. From what I understand you may be able to generate your schema from the graphql file, but one of the guys from Apollo indicated this is no longer a common practice. For future hackathons it may be less confusing to simply exclude these files and update the gitignore file to ignore them if they are generated. Alternatively if you think these are still valuable it may be helpful to update the docs to simply indicate the purpose of these files. I will take care of submitting a PR for any changes, if any, that come out of this.
