Bug: non ASCII chars in playlist filename are corrupted in the backup

Example of playlist file name: special://profile/playlists/video/Aléatoire.xsp results in special://profile/playlists/video/Al├®atoire.xsp in the backup archive.
These are a constant pain. Looking forward to Python3 support in Kodi. I'll take a look at that link, although I'm sure this will necessitate some big changes.

Ignore the above comment, Probot went crazy and is ignoring the parameters I gave it.
Closing as I believe this is no longer an issue with Python3 support in Kodi.
