[BUG] Internal player appears to have frame tearing.

Describe the bug MPV and VLC appear to be fine, the internal player however tears when trying to watch the same content.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Play stream via internal player.

Expected behaviour No tearing, same viewing experience as VLC or MPV.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Windows 10 Pro, 21H1
• 64 bit
• 2.3.4

Hi @charlesomer, as it is not possible to reproduce the issue would you be able to test the internal player application itself (can be found here https://github.com/SuRGeoNix/Flyleaf/releases/download/v3.1.9/Flyleaf_v3.1.9.7z)

Try to play around with the Settings (Video/Buffering), turn on V.Sync, turn off Video Acceleration, use less decoder threads or more and try larger buffers for video (eg. Min 20, Max 40)
