feat: Slack alert improvements

Slack alert improvements:

  1. Significantly reduced clutter
  2. Better emoji mapping based on FindingSeverity and FindingStatus
  3. Improved prefix handling
  4. Improved message header
  5. Improved message presentation - all messages are wrapped as attachments which allows for having different colors for vertical lines per alert severity
