globalConfig.prometheus_url dont work with path and trailing slash

Describe the bug When we set the prometheus_url to "http://prometheus-operated.monitor:9090/prometheus/" it's not detected, and don't work If we instead set it to "http://prometheus-operated.monitor:9090/prometheus" (without the trailing '/') it works just fine,

Expected behavior Both values should work, or update documentation
