ability to send notification after some additional pause

Is your feature request related to a problem? I want to create a notification chain, for ex. on critical alert notify this sink immediately, but this sink only if alert continue firing after 30m (promote alert to next support level).

Describe alternatives you've considered Something similar can be achieved with alertmanager by increasing group_wait time for next level receiver.

Will you want this for all alerts, or only for a subset? I saw users achieve this by creating multiple alerts with a different for period, and different severity, then route in Robusta by severity. Can that work?

@arikalon1 not sure, the proposal is to create duplications of many alerts with different for/severity? That's too much! I want just a backup, for ex. to receive critical alerts in the night only if my first line, that receive same alerts early, is slipping or just can't solve issue in time.
