[Enhancement]: Improve documentation for Opensearch traces

We need a similar documentation for traces that can be used in the config.yaml for providing traces, similar to logs: https://holmesgpt.dev/data-sources/builtin-toolsets/opensearch-logs/.

Why is this needed?

This would help in making HolnesGPT a lot more useful in using tools and get rid of errors like:

Hi @goyamegh, we're working on improving HolmesGPT's trace functionality across the board. As part of that, we're going to improve documentation of course - and we're also looking for people to help test this in complex real-world environments.

Would you be interested in helping with this effort? It would involve trying out a new branch in the coming weeks with a real-world opensearch instance and sharing feedback.
