[Feature Request] Integrate with Azure MCP service to pull in ARG, Log Analytics data

Hi team,

Azure recently announced the Azure MCP server project - https://github.com/Azure/azure-mcp. This integrates with various Azure services such as we Azure Monitor, Azure Resource Graph and tools like Azure CLI to run commands in Azure CLI.

Would love to see an integration with HolmesGPT agent to call Azure MCP service and access these data and resources in its troubleshooting runbooks and logic.
