Fix missing references in documents

Though I know the whole docs is WIP, there are missing references when I try to build docs:

• baseanchor
• basecomponent
• basecontour
• baseguideline
• fontparts-world
• type-bool
• type-glyph-layer
• type-hex
• type-int
• type-pen
• type-point-pen
• type-pointpen
• type-scale

Also note that one of type-point-pen and type-pointpen could be typo.
