Parent margin

I'd like 4 settings (left/right/top/bottom) for the margin of map compared to the source div. In this way you can simply present a footer or header in the same div without making it really complex that the map even works below the menu or the map border disappears below the header/footer etc. This should be quite easy to do IMO.
