Add comments total to stats bars

Add a counter for total number of comments received to the nav and photo tiles. Might need to adjust the design for the stats bars to make it fit; they needed improving anyway.

Delaying this for now as I'm probably going to rework the stats as part of some design improvements. They're also the source of some expense if the site gets a lot of traffic, as PubNub autoscales the account to the number of current users.
