Improve the way latest photographs appear on Explore

At the moment I'm not 100% happy with how the Explore section works in collecting and organising photographs. I feel like it should move towards some sort of time-based event, like "Robert May uploaded 10 photos today". At the moment you'll still see multiple tiles for a single user if they've uploaded to multiple collections at once.
