Shotwell export plugin

A good first step to integrating with other software might be to create a plugin for Shotwell, and open source photo editor for Linux. This is likely to be easier than doing it in Lightroom at first.

To support an export mode like this we would need an API endpoint which can handle photo submissions. This could tie in nicely with building out the API for the site.
