Updated Installer and New Release

Hi there, it would be really helpful if you could update the windows precompiled binary and put out a newer release version already!

0.7.0 is from Jan 2018 and a lot of significant and useful changes have been made since then. Really wonderful job on the prompt updates and developments of the library.

And personally, it's really been a huge hassle trying to build from source on windows even after carefully following all your instructions in the tutorials.
