I am happy to have participants helping in the development of RIDE. Please see the Hacktoberfest pages

• fork the project, and clone
• read CONTRIBUTING
• you can decide if want to learn wxPython, or plain non-GUI Python. Try the demo of wxPython.
• execute the unit tests, invoke test or invoke test-ci (be aware of differences in Windows and Linux)
• you can see how the tests are done
• you can see the Issues to understand some problems and possibly how to fix
• one main goal I have is to increase the quality of code, and coverage of unit tests, you can see the issues at RIDE Sonar Cloud
