Investigate correct labels background in Run tab

All labels background are in gray, except when we select the robot 3.1 run profile. This should be the correct decoration for any label in RIDE on Windows.

Started RIDE v2.1a3 using python version 3.10.9 with wx version 4.2.1 in win32.
