Add Comment field for tags section

Currently the [Tags] section on a test or keyword, don't have the comments, although they can exist and are editable in the tags editor.

Feature request:

  • If exist a comment, and only if, then the comment should be visible below the last line of tags
  • This comment element is static but when clicked activates the Tags Editor
