Save and load run arguments

Hi,

I'd like to suggest an enhancement to the Arguments filed under the Run tab. The user should be able to save arguments and select/load them when needed, instead of re-typing the text. A good example for this is PyCharm's 'Run Configurations' menu, where you can save execution details (like arguments) and then just select the required one from a drop-down list.
