rpa.windows - Accessing TableControl Dataitems by providing value as locator

As @mikahanninen described in #1213 this is possible by accessing the underlying uiautomation object and providing the value for the value-locator. I would indeed prefer a locator keyword in rpa.windows ... but currently its not provided.
