Setup and perform capture of training data by videoing a fire.

1. Can be setup in such a way that an automated approach can be used to generate bounding boxes, by having a plain background and using simple thresholding to define the extent of a bounding box.
2. Try frame averaging, over 3 frames
3. Apply colour filter
4. Use an ND filter to dim the image enough that you can see motion in the flames
