I think a nice way to go would be to have a function within dicompyler to export DVH as .csv in a common format regardless of whether the data was...

I have spent a while searching through the code but I am unsure how to do this.. Any further advice much appreciated :-)

Great for completeness here are those tags.  Interestingly when I try the plansum plugin with these images I get an error, since the SeriesInstanceUID do not match in both....

Adapting the function in plansum for my purpose has been successful, and I have modified it to calculate the dose difference. Next step, gamma analysis. Made some more progress, and have 3d gamma working too, although with a slight fudge on the array size for the time being.. I recall Jetson is using the yolov5s model, presumably for speed. @johnolafenwa can we make this configurable?
